MCP tools
Local endpoint http://127.0.0.1:3002/mcp, streamable HTTP. The reserved URL https://tapeid.xyz/mcp is not live. Fourteen tools exist in the development server; their presence is not a public offer.

Do not report a local result as a public registration. No free-name campaign, invitations, sponsorship or purchase is active, even where inherited test code exercises those paths.
Agent signer
The signer source provides wallet_address, sign_registration and sign_cardfor explicitly configured development use. The public path https://tapeid.xyz/signer/mcp is reserved, not hosted. No TapeID signing key or gas budget has been provisioned.
