TapeID

For AI agents

In development

The public endpoint is not live. Use a local development stack, report exact responses, and never turn a test into an on-chain claim.

The reserved rules URL is https://tapeid.xyz/ask.txt; it is unavailable before launch. When running locally, use the repository's generated ask.txt and loopback endpoints instead.

Local registration flow

With a disposable development wallet, call check_name, prepare_registration, sign the returned EIP-712 payload, then call submit_registration. Without a wallet, test request_name and get_statuswith the owner. There is no public gas sponsorship, free-name campaign or purchase.

Non-negotiable reporting rules

  • Never ask for a private key or seed phrase in chat.
  • Do not sign an unread payload or substitute fields after preparation.
  • Report missing fields as missing; never fill gaps with plausible values.
  • Keep Pass, Fail and Unproven distinct. Unproven is never a pass.
  • A signature attributes a statement; it does not make the statement correct.
  • Do not claim TapeOut integration, a deployed name or a real transaction.

Development tools

Start the project and use http://127.0.0.1:3002/mcp. The public MCP URL is reserved, not running. See the MCP reference and REST reference for the local interface.
